At CapsiQueue, our mission is to make ‘waiting’ a seamless and stress-free experience for everyone. To ensure the platform remains fair and respectful, we expect all users — including customers and business owners — to follow these guidelines.

Fairness and Integrity

The core of our platform is the "First-Come, First-Served" principle.

  • No Queue Jumping: Do not attempt to bypass the digital queue system through unauthorized technical means or by misrepresenting your status.
  • One Slot Per Person: Users should only book slots they intend to use. "Hoarding" slots or booking multiple slots across different locations simultaneously is prohibited.
  • Accurate Information: Use your real name and valid contact details. This ensures that the business can reach you when your turn arrives.

Respectful Interaction

Whether you are communicating with a business through our platform or interacting with staff at a physical location:

  • Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of verbal abuse, threats, or harassment toward business staff or other users is strictly prohibited.
  • Professionalism: Businesses must manage their queues transparently. Deliberately "skipping" users without valid reasons (e.g., missed call-back) violates our community trust.

Prohibited Content

If you are using our "Notes" or "Communication" features:

  • No Hate Speech: Do not post content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, caste, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • No Spam: Do not use the platform to advertise third-party services or send unsolicited messages to businesses.
  • Privacy: Do not share the private information (doxing) of staff or other customers you may see in the digital queue.

Safety and Legal Compliance

  • Compliance with Local Laws: Users must abide by all local Indian laws and regulations while using the platform.
  • Physical Safety: Following a digital queue does not excuse users from following on-site safety protocols (e.g., social distancing or security checks) at the physical business location.

Reporting and Enforcement

We rely on our community to maintain these standards.

  • Report Misuse: If you notice a business or user gaming the system or being abusive, please report it to support@capsiqueue.com.
  • Consequences: Violations of these guidelines may result in:
    • A formal warning.
    • Temporary suspension of your account.
    • Permanent blacklisting from the CapsiQueue platform.
    • Reporting to law enforcement if the conduct involves threats or illegal activity.

Business Responsibilities

Businesses using CapsiQueue agree to:

  • Honour the digital sequence as much as operationally possible.
  • Clearly communicate any delays to the waiting customers.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the customer data visible on their dashboard.
